These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DriftBoard Studio (“the App”), developed by [Ahmed Oogle] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
- THE APP
DriftBoard Studio is a macOS application that provides an infinite canvas for visual thinking, planning, and organization. The App is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. - LICENSE
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your personal or professional use. - ONE-TIME PURCHASE
DriftBoard Studio is available for a one-time purchase price. You pay once and receive a permanent license to use the version of the App you purchased, including any free updates released at our discretion. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no in-app purchases. - REFUNDS
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. - RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
. Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
. Sell, sublicense, or transfer your license to any other person
. Use the App for any unlawful purpose - YOUR CONTENT
All boards and content you create in DriftBoard Studio are yours. We have no access to your content. We claim no ownership over anything you create using the App. - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, code, templates, and all associated assets, is owned by [Ahmed Oogle] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App. - UPDATES AND CHANGES
We may update the App from time to time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. - GOVERNING LAW
